Job Title: Treasury Management Analyst 2 - Juris Banking Location: CA - San Diego, 450 B St What you'll do: As a Treasury Management Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the full client lifecycle for top-tier clients utilizing products and services from the Treasury Management suite. Responsible for complete onboarding of relationships including new accounts and TM products, client training, and expert advisement for these priority clients on various TM products and services along with all bank products that support the client’s needs. The primary focus is ensuring that they meet service level standards (customer service; turn-around time; risk management and regulatory compliance; audit soundness; and productivity and efficiency). Manages complete client lifecycle stages to achieve quality, scope, and schedule that deliver on the products and services utilized by the client. Provides technical support and assistance to top-tier clients, helping to troubleshoot, and determine how and when to escalate issues. Performs activities in compliance with bank policies and procedures and ensures that documentation is accurate and properly maintained. Works on projects and initiatives focused on improving client experience, and operational efficiency. Will foster good working relationships and serves as a facilitator between top-tier clients and Relationship Management and TM Sales as related to technical and operational processes and requirements, risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer service. Facilitate the flow of information and overall communication between all involved parties. What you'll need: Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 2 years of direct, related experience in the financial industry. Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit onboarding/operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services. Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices. Intermediate proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Strong speaking and writing skills for internal and external audiences. Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $69,000.00 - $85,000.00 for San Diego, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
