We're looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to join our European operations. This role will be hybrid and must be based out of one of the following office locations on an 18 month fixed term contract:

Responsibilities include:
- Partner on clear, impactful internal communications to drive colleague understanding and advocacy for company transformation
- Translate complex transformation details into engaging, accessible content for all 8,500 colleagues
- Manage stakeholders and ensure transparency throughout the internal communication process
- Develop and deliver targeted communication campaigns to build colleague engagement with company priorities
- Uncover and showcase inspiring stories to celebrate colleague achievements and company initiatives
- Manage and maintain internal communication platforms, keeping content fresh and readily accessible
- Demonstrate creativity and find innovative ways to reach colleagues across all roles and locations
- Champion the core values of clarity, transparency, consistency, and two-way dialogue in all communications
Essential
- Prior experience in content creation and executing internal communications across European regions
- Proven track record of developing and delivering engaging internal communication materials, ideally relating to change transformation within an organisation
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritise multiple tasks
- Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and communication tools
- Must be self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Competency in another European language
- A degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
- Experience with internal communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Yammer)
