As a Housekeeping Manager at Westgate xxxxxx Resort, you will be responsible for managing the daily housekeeping operations to ensure quality standards and total guest satisfaction.

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will:

• Be in the driver’s seat and guide your team to succeed 
• Respond quickly to guest requests and follow-ups
• Supervises and motivates all housekeeping personnel with daily supervision to include staffing, training, discipline, scheduling, and visually monitoring performance to ensure adherence to all service and productivity standards to provide guest satisfaction
• Participates in interviewing and hiring team members with the appropriate skills
• Maintain the highest levels of quality by utilizing innovative strategies resulting in the highest levels of cleanliness resort-wide.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Valid Driver’s License
