This is a Full-time Night Shift position.
11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Wednesday through Sunday
Position Purpose
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for demonstrating Westminster Village North’s dedication to high-quality service. The Customer Service Specialist answers all incoming calls, greets people in an efficient and friendly manner, takes messages, handles emergency situations when necessary, and maintains logs and records.
Responsibilities
Greet residents, staff, visitors, and vendors, and communicate general practice information as needed.
Answer and direct incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Process packages and mail as needed paychecks, update various logs and records, alert appropriate staff of problems, and utilize the communication system according to procedures.
Prepare marketing and human resource packets and materials as requested.
Assist other departments with special projects as needed.
Know and implement the Emergency Response Procedures as needed.
Participate in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations.
Attend required meetings as requested.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as directed.
Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent resident information.
Education
- High school diploma or GED is essential; six (6) months’ office experience.
- Experience with switchboard and communication systems is preferred.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
