Overview
WHA Insurance is looking for an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Account Executive to provide knowledgeable and professional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate enjoys working both independently and as part of a team to provide an unbelievable customer experience.
Essential Duties
- Provide exemplary customer service through efficient and accurate account management
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their benefits options, ensuring clarity and understanding
- Answers calls and emails from clients, prospects, and carriers reliably and professionally
- Process policy renewals and issue certifications as required or requested
- Review quotes, policies, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare sales information for customers such as proposals and policy summaries

Qualifications
- While someone with industry experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right person
- Valid Life & Health license or willing to obtain one within 30-days of hire
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- You are required to have a high school diploma or equivalent
