JOB DESCRIPTION: Restorative Nurse
This is a part-time Restorative Nurse position RN or LPN.
Summary:
Wheaton Village is looking for a compassionate and energetic restorative nurse to join out team.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality care to patients including assessment treatment and care.
- Assisting with treatments, exercises, and rehabilitative programs.
- Document patient care participation and information accurately concisely and in a timely manner.
- Monitors patient condition, notes changes in status utilizes judgment and takes appropriate action.
- Participates in department activities that improve patient care and process and systems.
- Utilizes therapeutic communication demonstrates adaptive/timely communication based on individual patient/family needs.
Specific Educational
- The Restorative nurse must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure of the state Board of Nursing.
- A minimum of 2 years clinical experience.
