What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Manager position at Wheelcare Express, Inc?
Our NMET company is hiring for a Branch Manager to manage the day-to-day operations. This includes coordinating with medical facilities, clients and internal staff to deliver on-time medical transport for our clients. Demonstrate empathy and understanding for clients (children, seniors, individuals with handicaps or illness).

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain efficient operations in the service area.
- Recruit, hire & train new employees.
- Provide excellent and effective communication and customer service both internally and to clients and Network Providers/Medical Facilities.
- Manage office staff which includes Drivers, Dispatchers & Schedulers
- Monitor drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and safe driving practices
- Work effectively with billing/accounting to enable efficient revenue cycle
- Document operations appropriately and follow Company policies.
- Prepare for site audits
- Grow Business
- Manage van fleet in regard to safety, maintenance and repairs
- Prepare management reports
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Transportation Management or related field is a plus
- Experience as a Branch or Office Manager
- Understanding of basic CA Labor Law is helpful.
- Skills in MS Word, Excel, & Smart Phone Applications. Knowledge of Mediroutes & SyMed software helpful but not required.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, along with the ability to work in a very fast-paced, changing environment.
- Effective written and oral communications skills
PAY SCALE
$75 to $80 K annually dependent on experience
Salary : $75 - $80
