What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor position at White Allen European Auto Group?
Responsibilities:
- Greet service department customers promptly and courteously
- Assist service advisors and technicians in providing excellent customer service
- Support service writers by documenting vehicle issues and communicating with customers
- Assist with upselling additional services and products to customers
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
- Ability to assist escalated client concerns and issues
- Ability to assist with service lane needs (carwash, vacuum, QC cleaning, etc.)
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive repair or related field preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of basic automotive maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire service
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be detail-oriented and have good organizational skills

Pay: $18.77 - $22.61 per hour
