A Lil Wrangler guide ensures the safety, skill achievement, and general well-being of the children in the program. A Lil Wrangler guide is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and supervising age-appropriate activities for the children in the Lil Wrangler program.
Responsibilities
Supervise children ages 4-9
- Provide a safe, positive and fun environment for children
- Interact with parents in a professional and polite manner
- Maintain the Lil Wrangler yurt including equipment such as fishing gear, ranger, archery, games, crafts and toys
- Preparing meals and snacks for children
- Maintain cookout supplies and equipment including grill, dishes and utensils
- Requires transportation to multiple ranch venues and operating ranch vehicle or ranger

- Strong Communication and listening skills with children and parents
- Caring and compassionate attitude and a passion for working with children
- CPR certified
- Must have a valid driver’s license
