Come Join Our Leadership Team! We are seeking a qualified Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join us at our beautiful location of White Oak Manor Rock Hill located in Rock Hill, SC. We have a beautiful 141-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that has a very fast paced short term rehab unit. This is an excellent opportunity as we have very little leadership turnover in our leadership team!
The Administrator role ensures the operational, financial, and qualitative success of the facility through the implementation of operational practices to ensure the highest standards of quality resident care services. This position has the authority for and is responsible for the overall operation of the facility and reports directly to the Director of Operations.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess a bachelor's degree or have at least 10 years of service in a healthcare related facility. Be a minimum of 21 years of age and of good moral character. Must fulfill the state Nursing Home Administrator licensure requirements of South Carolina to be considered for the role.
