Job Summary:
White's Auto Mall is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual for a full-time Janitorial/Maintenance position at our location in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facility in order to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our customers and employees. The Janitorial/Maintenance position is an individual contributor role within the Auto industry and the compensation for this position is $15 per hour, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all areas of the facility including customer waiting areas, restrooms, offices, and service bay areas
- Empty trash, replace liners, and dispose of waste
- Maintain inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including windows, counters, and furniture
- Mop and vacuum floors on a regular basis
- Clean and disinfect high touch surfaces such as door handles and countertops
- Notify management of any repairs or maintenance needed
- Assist with maintaining grounds and outdoor areas
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure a clean, organized, and functional facility
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior janitorial or maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good communication and time management skills
- Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
