Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
- Upsell menu items and beverages to increase revenue
- Provide exceptional guest services and address any inquiries or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas
- Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Operate POS systems efficiently
Requirements:
- Prior experience in food handling and serving preferred
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Familiarity with reservation platforms like OpenTable is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding service standards
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Understanding of fine dining etiquette and protocols
- Hospitality-driven attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.08 - $17.21 per hour
