Roofer/Framer

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in framing and carpentry, with the ability to read blueprints and work effectively with various hand and power tools. This role is essential in ensuring that structures are built accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

• Jobs are performed in one location, minimal to no travel
• Work inside, out of the elements

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine the specifications for framing projects.
• Fabricate and assemble wooden or metal frames for roofs, and other structures.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and install framing materials.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project timelines are met.
• Use of overhead crane to install roof after framed/constructed.

Skills

• Proficiency in blueprint reading to accurately interpret construction plans.
• Experience with metal stud framing techniques is a plus.
• Strong skills in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, ensuring precision in all tasks performed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour
