For over 100 years, Whitten Brothers has been helping keep Virginia moving. As a family owned and operated dealership, we serve the cities of Richmond, Ashland, Fredericksburg, Chester, Charlottesville, and the surrounding areas. This position is located in Richmond, VA. Our goal is to provide a different experience for both team members as well as consumers than that of the typical car dealership. We are currently in need of Ashland Sales Consultants. Note that we are not looking for “Sales People” as we do not want to “sell” to our customers. We would rather individuals focused on helping customers through the automotive purchasing process.

COMPENSATION: We will offer two compensations packages & allow our team members to select the one that is right for them.

Package A: $36k per year base salary plus commission. This package is projected to pay $45k-$70k annually. The goal of package A is to provide our team with a stable base income coupled with a strong upside.

Package B: Full Commission. This package will prove more lucrative for top producers but also comes with less guarantee & more potential for income fluctuations from month to month.

JOB REQUIREMENTS- A positive attitude & a strong desire to succeed. You must be well spoken & must enjoy being around people. You must have the ability to learn the technical features of our products & be able to explain & demonstrate them to others. While we certainly value experience & education, we do not require previous sales experience or any certain degrees. We just want quality people with quality attitudes. You must also have a good driving record.
