Technical direction on project detailing, constructability and code analysis.
Coordination of consultants and Construction Administration oversight.
Lead the production of drawing sets in all project phases.
Mentoring team in design and technical growth.

8 years of work experience in an architecture firm.
Strong design portfolio with clear design sensibilities.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments.
Experience leading project team, managing schedule, budget and program.
Track record of meeting deadlines and preserving project quality.
Experience in all phases of projects, Concept through CA.
Strong communication & organizational skills.
Experience working and communicating with clients.
Demonstratable experience with AHJ, codes and industry standards.
Strong knowledge of industry software; Revit, Rhino, Bluebeam, Adobe CS, AutoCAD, etc.
Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
Licensed in Architecture in the state of Texas
