Position Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator with inside sales experience in the oil and gas industry to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support, ensuring the smooth coordination of sales activities, and helping to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the oil and gas sector, possess exceptional organizational skills, and be able to manage customer accounts effectively while maintaining excellent relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
Key Roles / Responsibilities :
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts, processing orders, and tracking sales performance, with a focus on the secondary containment solutions for the oil and gas industry.
- Perform site visits and ensure 811 one calls are completed.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product / service information, and address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate the flow of orders from clients, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and promptly, adhering to industry-specific requirements.
- Update and maintain customer information and sales data in the company's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Generate sales reports, track sales metrics, and assist in forecasting to help achieve sales goals
- Organize meetings, product demos, and presentations between sales teams and clients
- Work closely with other departments, including operations, supply chain, and technical teams, to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of sales quotes, materials, presentations, and promotional items for sales teams and clients.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to drive repeat business and enhance customer loyalty.
- Support inside sales efforts by qualifying leads, following up on sales inquiries, and contributing to the development of sales strategies
Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications :
At least 2 years of experience in a sales support, inside sales, or administrative role, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients in a technical, fast-paced environment.
