The Role The Technology Department is responsible for the operation and support of all IT systems within the company. The AV Engineer plays a critical role supporting all AV equipment at local and remote sites and will be expected to take on support duties in relation to AV for day to day needs as well as special events that may arise. General responsibilities and duties Manage and update all video conference units, servers and in room equipment. Direct daily, weekly and quarterly all staff meetings including preparation and assistance with setup of content and resolve conference attendee concerns Train office coordinators on basic video conference setup and monitor video conferences as needed Highly motivated and energetic with excellent communication skills who can integrate well at all levels A strong ability to remain focused with a hardworking, professional, and flexible attitude while multi- tasking at an extremely fast pace Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to document user questions, issues, and requests effectively and efficiently Adherence to and enforcement of all information security protocols Always maintain complete confidentiality and discretion The ability to lift 60lbs and work a flexible work schedule with potential for late nights and weekends Technical Skills: 2-4 years’ experience in a front-line AV support role, preferably in a professional services or entertainment organization Enterprise Level AV Administration and Support Microsoft Office application support Experience supporting Video Conference equipment and platforms including but not limited to Polycom Cisco Telepresence BlueJeans Zoom Experience to recognize and recommend changes to support procedures and user guidance as part of ongoing improvement Windows and Mac desktops and laptops, including VPN Configuration and administration Endeavor unites and brings people together in our love of sport, culture, and entertainment.
