What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Manager position at Williams Investments?
As a Community Manager for Williams Investments, you will be responsible for the general health and well being of the community you manage.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Creating and Maintaining positive relationships with residents
- Effectively leasing across our portfolio to qualified applicants
- Collecting and recording rents/fees/utilities/etc
- Leasing apartment homes throughout Snohomish County (we make leasing easy!)
- Accurately processing move-ins and move-outs
- Communicating professionally and effectively in a resolution based environment with community staff, community residents, applicants, vendors, coworkers, supervisors, etc
- Generating notices as needed to resolve lease noncompliance or proliferate information
- Generating and following up on Maintenance Requests - including requests for general community safety standards
- Maintaining a professional environment and appearance
- Walking the community and resolving any curb appeal, safety and landscaping issues
Physical Requirements
- Standing, sitting, walking up and down stairs, walking long distances, twisting, bending, kneeling, etc are all parts of movement reasonably expected during the performance of normal job duties.
- Some lifting is required up to 50lbs, such as moving boxes of paper, light furniture placement, moving items out of walkways/removing trip hazards, picking up litter, etc.
- Long term and short term memory of interactions with applicants, vendors, coworkers, policies, procedures, tracking resources and passwords, etc.
Technical Requirements
- Must be able to easily use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Must be comfortable using Gmail and Google Drive
- Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, and Blue Moon experience preferred
- Basic IT Troubleshooting skills preferred

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
