The Vice President of Operations, Service Line Development is responsible for driving growth, strategic development, and integration across service lines. This role ensures consistent operational strategies that support informed budgeting, capital allocation, and access analysis, leveraging market share data to guide decisions. This role works with the service line steering committee, medical director, executive suite, and medical staff to drive service line growth, initiatives, and escalate any quality concerns to the appropriate departments.
Maintains operational responsibility for specific departments/services. Ensures coordinated and harmonious working relationships within and among assigned departments, other hospital departments, provider practices to include community providers and the public.
MBA, MPH or Master’s degree in industry related field
10 years of industry related experience including 3 years in senior management
5 years of managerial experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures and best practices in the industry
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry related software
