Shuttle Driver

Overview of Position: A Shuttle Bus Driver is responsible for the safe transport of guests in the Parking Lots and between Windham Mountain Club destinations. As the first point of contact for our guests as they arrive at Windham Mountain Club, Shuttle Bus Drivers have a high degree of guest contact and must leave our guests with an exceptional first impression.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Transport guests to and from various pick up/drop off locations on WMC properties.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading of equipment.
• Ensure that vehicles are safe to operate.
• Ensure that vehicles have the appropriate supplies.
• Provide guests with accurate information on conditions, events, program, and brochure.
• Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle.
• Identify and address potential hazards.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be a minimum age of 21.
• Must possess at least a Class C Commercial Driver's License with a passenger endorsement.
• Must not have any driving violations on record.
• Must be alert, reliable and willing to learn.
• Must enjoy and be comfortable interacting with both guests and employees in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Must be able to safely pick up, transport, and deliver guests.
• Must be able to lift skis/boards repeatedly.
• Must maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
