Job duties include participation in the planning and implementation of curriculum with guidance from the lead teacher. Helps assure completion of developmental screenings, on-going assessments, curriculum plans, Individual Learning Plans, home visits/family conferences and on-going family communication under the direction of the lead teacher. Actively supervises and assures safety of children at all times.All candidates must be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively on a multi-disciplinary team and must complete a Career Ladder Level I Fundamentals Course or a three (3) credit child development course within 12 months of hire.
