Agricultural equipment service/parts aftermarket sales for customer and internal business needs. Tasks include- acquisition, scheduling and completion of aftermarket sales. Work with Case/IH agricultural and Case Construction as well as JCB Ag and Construction lines in Aftermarket Service sales processes . Computer, people , organizational , communication and attention to detail tasks helpful to overall business and customer satisfaction. Follow orderly , detailed work processes and create good work environments for staff and customers repair completion, acquisition, closing and satisfaction. Agricultural background can be important. Important processes of the job include service and aftermarket acquisition, communication, repair completion processes and customer/business closure transaction processes by properly administering aftermarket business. Benefit customers through successfully identifying and fulfilling customer needs for the best service, parts and aftermarket solutions. Maintain a current knowledge base of service, parts and accessories to stay current on Equipment brand warranty, safety and update information for all parties.
