Job Profile
- Assists residents with their daily medications, treatments and resident care as assigned.
- Anticipate needs of residents and report variances in care appropriately
- Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
- Support a positive and professional image through actions and dress.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a MedTech required
- Prior experience working in senior living or other healthcare environment is preferred, but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and the general public
- Compassion and desire to work with the elderly
