Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with menus.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding the menu, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs and preferences.
- Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when taking reservations or providing information.
- Assist with take-out orders.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or food service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
