Experienced Custodian needed for Wingate Property Management. Responsible for daily cleaning of building common areas and grounds, apartment turnovers, monitoring the property for cleanliness, trash removal, and snow removal. The work hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. This position is a critical part of our maintenance team.

Prior cleaning and cleaning equipment experience is helpful. Must be able to take initiative and work independently. MUST have reliable vehicle and current drivers license in good standing.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
* janitorial & grounds upkeep
* snow removal
