Warehouse ALDI Case Picker- $21.50/hour 1.50 shift premium
2nd shift – 1:30pm-10:00 pm Monday- Friday

Hours are 1:30 pm to 10:00pm, Monday through Friday. Shift Premium is an additional $1.50/hour.
JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Warehouse Lead Personnel and Shift Supervisor, the Aldi case picker safely and efficiently builds Aldi “Rainbow” pallets, and operates warehouse forklifts. This position will also perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Person and Management.
JOB DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Hand stack individual flavors to construct a “Rainbow” pallet for Aldi stores.
- Stand/walk/sit for 8 hours per day.
- Follow company guidelines for stretching and handling of cases.
- Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment, including single and doublewide pallet-handling forklifts, and pallet wrapping equipment.
- Monitor the quality of product and raw materials being shipped or received and notify management of any inconsistencies.
- Operate bar code equipment efficiently and accurately.
- Load and unload semi-trucks as needed.
- Maintain quality standards for all processes and functions within assigned duties.
- Accurately complete all required documentation on a timely basis.
- Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on machines as needed.
- Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures on machines and work area.
- Assist in Production assignments as needed.
- Comply with all safety, GMP, and sanitation standards and procedures.
- Lift up to 40 lbs. frequently, up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Frequently reach above shoulders, bend and twist at waist.
- Be able and available to work overtime as needed (up to 64 hours/week).
- Required to adhere to all Food Safety Polices and Guidelines.
