We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager to manage our gold-level accounts for our Landside TMS division. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while helping our customers achieve success with our cutting-edge technology. As a key part of our support for our Key Account Management strategy, you’ll provide critical insights, proactively address client needs, and work closely with stakeholders to resolve complex issues. This role provides a unique opportunity to champion client success within a supportive, forward-thinking, ASX-listed company.


In this role, you will:


  • Engage with strategic clients: Lead regular communications with clients to understand their business needs and support them in achieving their goals.
  • Drive client insights: Use data analysis and client discovery techniques to offer tailored recommendations, aligning our products and services to client objectives.
  • Manage escalations: Act as a trusted escalation point, collaborating with internal teams to resolve critical client issues and ensure a seamless support experience.
  • Enhance client growth: Partner with Business Development teams to drive organic growth by identifying new opportunities to serve each client’s unique needs.
  • Build lasting relationships: Conduct strategic quarterly reviews and continuous check-ins to cultivate deep, trusted partnerships.
  • Actively monitor customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, answering questions, and providing ongoing support to ensure our customers are receiving the most out of our Landside TMS products.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services that would further benefit your customers and grow their use of our tools.


Requirements:


  • A passion for understanding and exceeding client needs, ideally with experience in freight forwarding or a related field.
  • 4 years of relevant experience
  • Able to commute into Schaumburg, IL office or Long Beach, CA office
  • University degree or equivalent professional certification
