Spray Drying Supervisor/Manager – Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Spray Drying Supervisor or Manager with 5 years in food manufacturing and hands-on expertise in spray drying technology for food powder production. The role involves managing spray drying processes, troubleshooting issues (e.g., cheese stickiness, airflow, nozzle impairment, mix separation, scorching, humidity), working with customers on new product qualifications, writing reports, documenting SOPs, and training teams.

- Supervisor: $75K–$95K 7.5% bonus
- Manager: $90K–$110K 10% bonus (based on experience & skills)
- Relocation: Possible for strong candidates
