As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the welcoming face for guests as they check in and the friendly guide they turn to throughout their stay. You'll help deliver the exceptional service that keeps our guests returning year after year.

This seasonal, full-time position runs from spring through fall. The schedule typically includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The starting wage is $18.22 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and handle check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and friendliness.
- Provide information about the property, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate and organized records for guest stays.
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and billing processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Front Desk Supervisor or Management.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with front desk software (training provided).
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Education and Experience:
- Previous hospitality or front desk experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Demands:
- Standing for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, lifting, and movement within the front desk area.
Performance Measurement:
- 90-day performance review, guest feedback, and team collaboration.
