Within Reach Learning Center in Mission Viejo provides small group tutoring taught in a fun environment. We help children from the ages of 5 to 10 improve their reading, math, and writing skills. The main purpose of the program is to get students excited about learning by taking a fun approach to these traditional subjects. We are activity based. We want students to love coming to class and love their teacher.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK: M-Th 2:30-6:30.

$25-$35 an hour (depends on experience)

QUALIFICATIONS:

*EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Must have some experience working with kids.

*Be fun, positive, and energetic

*Pays attention to small details and can multitask

*Extremely reliable, punctual, professional, and accountable

*Ability to work independently

*Keep consistent schedule (that will not change due to schooling each semester)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Assist in teaching classes (kids come 2x a week for an hour each time)
*Admin tasks (write thank you notes, write progress reports, set up birthday celebrations, prepare homework for students, etc.)
*Work one-on-one with students who need extra help within the hour
*Cleaning/sanitizing on hourly basis
*Play educational games
*Make a difference :)
