Witte Lawn Maintenance has been maintaining and building beautiful landscapes in the Greater Grand Rapids Area since 1957 and we are looking to add hard working and dependable Full-Time Employees to our landscape maintenance team! Hourly pay ranges between $16 and $22 per hour based off prior experience. Benefits may include Health Insurance, Simple IRA Program, and Paid Time Off for Full-Time employees after 90 days on the job. Our team environment is enjoyable to work in and you will be working alongside a great group of established employees. This position will be responsible for spring and fall clean ups and weekly mowing maintenance of residential and commercial properties. Candidates will be working in teams to effectively complete routes in an efficient manner. Candidates will learn how to work with a variety of commercial lawn mowers as well as small equipment like string trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers. Candidates will have the ability to advance in their skills and knowledge in both equipment use and how to effectively manage a crew. This growth and experience can lead to future opportunities to become a crew leader as these openings arise. Candidates will need to be able to work outside for 8-10 hours a day, Monday through Friday. Occasionally, we will need to work Saturdays in the spring and fall, as weather may disrupt our scheduling during the week.
