What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook - Full Service position at Wolf River Brisket Co.?
Line/Prep Cooks are the front-line for ensuring the perfect preparation of our unique and carefully crafted recipes.
Responsibilities include:
- Washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat and other general cooking duties
- Operating a large food smoker and a stone oven.
- Preparing appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches, and other entrees
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work area
- Interacting with a Kitchen Display System
- Ensuring accurate fulfillment of orders
- And most importantly, creating a remarkable experience for our guests.
