Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist with Month end, Budget and forecasting process for Corporate Performance & ESG
- Review consolidated financials for accuracy and follow up on any deviations in trends
- Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidated financial analysis and reporting deliverables. Ensure accurate and timely reporting in alignment with corporate deadlines
- Drive continuous process improvement and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the planning and reporting processes
- Drive, in collaboration with leadership, ad hoc projects within the Corporate Performance & ESG
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or other related business field
- 8 or more years of experience in finance roles, including Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis and Corporate
- 5 or more years of experience in a financial planning and analysis position
- Ability to communicate with different levels and functions, in a global environment
- Strong background in financial analysis and problem-solving skills
- Capacity to identify underlying principles, reasons or factors of information by breaking down into components; ability to uncover and explain the cause and effect of data disparities
- Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse (BW), and planning reporting software such as Tagetik preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, highly responsive, detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage time/driven to meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize and focus, strong time management and organizational skills
