Position Summary and Primary Duties
Oversee and ensure efficient operations of program services, regularly evaluating effectiveness, appropriateness, compliance, service delivery and cost efficiency. Lead and manage staff members by providing a positive work environment to derive performance expectations.
Essential Duties

- Oversee and lead the residential, and non-residential programs, ensuring services are consistently available, fully utilized, and delivered in a non-discriminatory manner that meets the needs of clients.
- Establish strategic objectives for programs and guide their planning and execution, including setting timelines, defining milestones, and mapping out key processes.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team and staff to develop and maintain comprehensive services for victims of domestic and sexual violence.
- Establish and drive program goals aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Plan and manage programs from inception to completion, setting clear deadlines, milestones, and processes.
- Design and implement evaluation methods to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze client feedback to assess progress, troubleshooting issues, and ensure program goals are being met.
- Supervise program coordinators, offering guidance, addressing challenges, and providing constructive feedback.
- Identify and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency and staff productivity.
- Apply principles of change management, risk assessment, and resource allocation as necessary.
- Review reports and client feedback to assess program progress and address any issues.
- Ensure all program activities comply with legal standards and organizational policies.
- Keep the CEO updated with comprehensive and accurate reports or presentations.
- Create and maintain program budgets.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the CEO.
Supervisory Duties
- Oversee staff timekeeping, including scheduling, time submission for payroll, and time off requests.
- Provide regular and ongoing encouraging and critical feedback necessary for staff team members to grow and develop.
- Conduct timely performance reviews.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, with a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in evaluating, managing, and improving social service programs.
- Minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience in program improvement required.
- Working knowledge of programmatic funding and grant compliance required.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and lead a diverse team effectively.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary : $62,000 - $65,000
