Position Summary and Primary Duties

This production associate is responsible for testing, cleaning, processing, and pricing all toys and electronic merchandise.

Essential Duties

• Clean and test all toys and electronic items for optimum pricing.
• Price each piece using the Good, Better, Best pricing system.
• Keep a well maintained and clean work area.
• Assist donors as they arrive.
• Maintain accurate records of donations and issue completed donation receipts to all donors.
• Assist with the security and the safety of store property.
• Demonstrate professionalism and presents a friendly, cooperative attitude towards customers, donors, and co-workers.
• Ability to multi-task, make quick decisions and work in a team oriented, fast paced       environment.
• Must be punctual and have dependable attendance.
• Must conduct work in a safe manner; maintain good housekeeping standards, have all aisles and pathways to fire extinguishers, and exits clear from clutter.
• Take trash out to trash container.   
• Promote friendly and helpful customer service and donor care.
• Always follow all policies and procedures.

• All other duties as instructed by the Manager.

Physical Requirements/Environmental Conditions

• Respond to telephones, written correspondence, and other auditory and visual stimulation.
• Remain calm under stress and have the emotional and physical stamina to deal with a variety of stressful situations.
• Frequently sit, stand, bend, kneel, and walk.
• Frequently lift and carry items up to 40 pounds.
• Occasionally climb stairs or inclined surfaces.
• Occasionally work outside during night hours and/or inclement weather.
