What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Service Representative position at Wood County Hospital?
Independence Health Employer Services, a subsidiary of Wood County Hospital, is now accepting applications for a Client Service Representative. The Client Service Representative will grow all services lines in both local and new markets. Serving the current clients, obtaining and retaining new clients.
Job Duties:
- Generate revenue by converting leads into customers and maintaining existing customers.
- Responds to client inquiries and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Build expert knowledge of the companies’ products and services and utilize this knowledge to upsell current clients and establish new clients.
- Manage a large volume or inbound/outbound calls and emails with knowledge and efficiency.
- Develop and implement marketing operations strategies, processes, and best practices to support help generate revenue by converting leads into customers and maintaining existing
- Establish customer service department sales targets.
- Other duties as assigned.
Shift Details:
Hours: Part-Time, 24 hours per week
Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field with relevant experience.
