JOB DESCRIPTION
Wood is currently recruiting Welder Helpers near Carlsbad, NM.
Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting workers in welding, brazing and thermal and arc cutting activities.
- Moving and gathering work pieces (pipe materials), setting up pipe, and helping fit spools.
- Interpreting blueprints or drawings.
- Lifting or moving heavy materials such as pieces of pipe, equipment or sheet metal
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and background tests.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to read blueprints
