Guest Services Bell Staff

Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival. Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to the reception area. Provide information about the hotel and local attractions. Drive guests to their destinations safely. Maintain cleanliness and ensure the hotel vehicle is well-maintained. Handle special requests and room deliveries promptly. Uphold safety procedures and report any concerns to management.

$15 - $16 hourly

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and offer assistance with their luggage.
• Accompany guests to their rooms while providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Recommend restaurants, transportation options, and local attractions to enhance guests' stay.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance when engaging with guests.
• Ensure the lobby and entrance area are clean and welcoming for guests' comfort.

• 1 year of prior hotel or related experience is preferred. A Chauffeur's License is helpful but not required; however, you must possess an excellent driving record, verified by the Motor Vehicle Administration report.
The ability to communicate effectively in English is essential. Physical requirements include the ability to work long hours, Medium work
• - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, ability to multi-task.
• The right candidate will possess the ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body and arms and will be able to work under variable temperatures and noise levels. The ability to push a full luggage cart is essential.
• The ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time without sitting or leaning is required.
• Weekend availability is a must!
