POSITION OVERVIEW
Oversees the office administrative staff regarding general administrative support of sales, inventory, vendor, and part number maintenance functions. Ensures the Branch runs smoothly by managing the daily functions of the office and streamlining the office staff roles and responsibilities.
Pay Rate : $25 / hour
Work Schedule : Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provides administrative support
- May handle back-order fill reports (makes recommended substitutions) in completing work order accepts
- May be responsible for work order accepts
- Determines products not made (adjusts promise date / production date and sends new acknowledgement / advises sales group and orders not filled)
- Performs shipping feedback and unships orders as necessary.
- Prints shipping tickets
- Assists and seeks to reduce / eliminate inventory maintenance by correcting warehouse transfer receipts, and returning arranging vendor returns, and manages defective and / or damaged material to be repaired / salvaged.
- Prints / folds / stuffs / stamps invoices / files copies.
- Provides as needed support to Branch including but not limited to : HR issues, sales, cycle counts; inventory reports (value added / adjustments), receiving, run specialized reports (SX.e / Invoice exception / customer order), system maintenance.
- May have Branch A / R responsibility in conjunction with Corporate.
- Reviews and analyzes Branch operation reports. Manage office supplies and office equipment maintenance repairs.
- Sets up and enforces controls for proper flow of all paperwork at Branch.
LANGUAGE SKILLS — Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business policies and procedures. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS — Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
OTHER SKILLS / CERTIFICATION — Microsoft Suite—Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint (Intermediate and Advanced)
REASONING ABILITY — Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
