Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Administrator to join our Commercial team. This position is responsible for working with the Treasury Management Officer to organize and execute marketing strategies and sales efforts. Serves as a support contact for all Cash Management and Merchant Services. In conjunction with Retail Managers and the Commercial Banking team, the Treasury Management Administrator supports existing municipal clients as well as municipal prospects with the goal of maintaining and building these relationships. This position is located in our Operations Center in Woodsville, NH.
Treasury Management Administrator Responsibilities:
- Works collaboratively with the Treasury Management Officer to plan, develop and monitor Cash Management Services
- Ensures accuracy of coding, balancing, and properly preparing the input forms, checklists, and spreadsheets required for the submission of the closing package
- Collaborate with the Business Online Banking team to schedule cash management installation and implementation
- Administrative duties to include working with our Basys partners to complete applications in a timely manner
- Serves as an additional contact for bank staff and customers for our Merchant Services Program
- Functions as a subject expert and administrator for IntraFi
Treasury Management Administrator Requirements:
- General banking and lending knowledge is preferred
- Commitment to a high level of customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Highly attentive to detail with excellent organization and time management skills
