Job Summary

Woodward Properties seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of property maintenance for our Secane and Clifton Heights Region. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring the property’s systems and facilities are in optimal condition, and delivering excellent service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team in daily operations, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform and oversee maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Coordinate and monitor contractors and vendors for specialized services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests and emergencies.
• Schedule and track routine inspections, including unit turnovers and grounds maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in multifamily housing.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Must be available on-call 24 hours a day in case of emergency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
