PAY
Compensation is a mix of guaranteed salary and commission that grows as you drive all-time sales to the bottom line.
Base pay is $35,000 - $55,000. Commission is up to 10% on every sale made, plus monthly and yearly bonuses. There is no commission cap, and your client is yours for life.
No one on our sales team is making less than $70,000/year and our top earners, some of which have only been here for a year, are making over $100,000.
There are no limits with how fast you can grow your income at Wooter.
We don't care about societal norms in ascertaining top talent. Your Harvard degree might get you places elsewhere but not at Wooter. We value, hard work, a drive to succeed, and willingness to learn continually and on the fly. Life will never be boring at Wooter and your position in the company is not some "lane" that you can't grow out of.
We are extremely selective when choosing candidates, but the playing field is level. Please put "Wooter is the best" in your cover letter or application to stand out, and show you have read this part.

FINAL NOTES
1) This is NOT a remote position. You must be able to commute to Staten Island 3-4x a week.
2) You should love sports as this position entails selling to sports teams, schools, colleges and other businesses.
3) You are working for yourself at this position, as you build out your own book of clients and build long-term relationships with them. Be ready to work with the biggest athletes and celebrities in the industry.
