As a CSA, you’ll manage daily customer interactions, input and process data, and oversee inventory records while ensuring accuracy and timely communication across departments. You’ll also handle reports, assist in coordinating deliveries, and play a key role in identifying process improvements.
We offer the Customer Service Associate position:
- Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour.
- Shift Options:
- 2nd Shift: Monday to Thursday, 5 pm to 3 am.
- A $100 bonus for every friend you refer to us, plus an additional $25 bonus for your referral to WSI.
- Weekly pay.
- Potential for permanent hire after 500 hours of work with good attendance, attitude, and performance.
Qualifications for this role include:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Be able to pass a drug screen including THC
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and complete tasks with accuracy.
- Must be able to speak, write, and read basic English.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle shifting priorities.
