This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, resilience, and the ability to self-start in a fast-paced, people-centered environment. The position involves leading business development for enterprise accounts, generating sales, and mentoring a team on best practices in salesmanship, CRM usage, and client engagement. Additionally, you'll manage client activities, providing strategic support and handling escalations, while ensuring the sales team consistently meets targets and utilizes CRM tools effectively.

What You'll Do:   

 

Business Development       (50% of your time)

  • Lead sales for Enterprise accounts using the WS sales process (Network, lead gen / outreach, close, negotiate)
  • Be a money-maker - Prove that you can do it yourself (learn what we build by doing it)
  • Sell Yourself
  • Know the script and how to present the company, demonstrate business acumen (mentor this and train the team)
  • Know collateral - input on how we sell, go to market, promotions
  • train new employees and m ensure current employees are talking to it properly
  • Future - help us position ourselves, provide recommendation to enhance our position

 

Salespersonship Training          (7.5% of your time)

  • Lead weekly training on sales practice
  • Train team on "salesman ship" best practices
  • How to: objection handling
  • Need real/relevant experience with sales to give training
  • Coordinate and orchestrate sales meetings
  • Train team to use CRM system properly

 

Managing Sales / Clients Activities       (30% of your time)

  • Meet with sales team to drive sales (routine individual check-ins, & group)
  • Follow ups, bird dog - push they are reaching numbers
  • Help strategize on best approach for each client
  • For key accounts:  do ride along, attend closings as required
  • Support the sales team
  • Use the CRM, details, and use the system (Use CRM as basis) Admin part meeting, handling client escalations, prospect escalations
  • Make sure sales team is using system properly (adhere to it)
  • Routinely audit opportunities / leads/ onboarding to makes sure accurate
  • Manage new client onboarding

 

General Employee Management        (7.5% of your time)

    • Provide Employee Performance feedback (1:1, performance reviews, dev plans)
    • Difficult conversations /Conflict resolution /client assignments
    • Pay increases / Commission discussions
    • Hiring/Terminations
    • Approve Vacations

 

Other Duties as assigned       (5% of your time)

 


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Sales Experience: 3 years' minimum experience generating revenue and developing a pipeline of professional sales via outside business-to-business (B2B).
  • Sales Savant: Strong experience targeting and closing new clients, while maintaining the ability to grow and continue long-term customer relationships, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Industry Know-How: Experience with a talent acquisition services firm a plus but not a must. Experience working around or with Manufacturing and Warehousing is helpful to succeed in this role.
  • Tech user: Experience using CRM and Sourcing Tools (Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, LinkedIn, Bullhorn, etc.). Experience in Microsoft Office software - including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong Communicator: Both strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style to suite different audiences.
  • Network Savvy - Solid business connections and influencer in Greenville/Spartanburg area.
