You will work in a fast-paced sales team working to provide ambitious, yet courteous support to potential and existing clients. On any given day, you will work towards meeting and exceeding sales goals, growing customer accounts, and overcoming objections. Depending on your schedule, hours may vary and may include weekends and holidays. If you're consultative and enjoy talking to people, you’ll feel at home at Worldwide Jet.
What is the schedule?
The schedule is comprised of alternating shifts (days one week, evenings the following week), with days off to be determined in the course of training for the position.
Is this a remote position?
This is not a remote position. Candidates will report for duty at our Vineland, NJ office.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):
• Collaborate with Flight Coordinators and Crew Schedulers in making optimal and efficient use of company resources (Primarily, but not limited to, Aircraft and Crew Members).
• Manage a high volume of continual email traffic to respond to quote requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Convert charter requests into bookings, maximizing profit and efficiency.
• Master and make continual use of our various marketing/sales platforms.
• Determine the needs and expectations of the customer and provide options best suited for the customer’s mission.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in charter operations
• Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organizational skills – detail-oriented, ability to prioritize and be proactive
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload and have excellent multi-tasking abilities
• Quality decision-making skills
• Self-motivated and self-starter, proactive in learning and career development
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of attention to detail
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Teamwork and collaboration skills with a willingness to support the team to success
• Time management - meeting deadlines, managing workloads, ability to prioritize effectively
