About The Role
Wren Kitchens is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to support our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be key in ensuring smooth project execution, maintaining strong client relationships, and helping to bring our marketing initiatives to life. Main Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the marketing team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining schedules for project deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Review and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Maintain communication with suppliers, Showroom General Managers, and other stakeholders to track orders, confirm POS installation, and share updates on marketing initiatives.
- Organize and maintain an up-to-date inventory of marketing materials and supplies.
- Stay current with retail promotions, changes in marketing strategies, and ongoing campaigns to assist in executing initiatives smoothly.
Desired Skill and Knowledge:
- Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets.
- Basic understanding of the marketing process, from concept development to production, including familiarity with pre-production processes when liaising with printers or suppliers.
- Strong reliability and punctuality, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and adhering to an agreed-upon work schedule.
