About The Role
We’re seeking an Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Greenwich. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to make a real impact across our retail showrooms and studios, by using analytics and AI to uncover key performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and celebrate successes that can be replicated across the business.
The role is based in our Greenwich, CT office, with a schedule of 5 days over 7, including alternate weekends, and working hours from 9am to 6pm. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders and play an integral part in supporting the growth of the team as it continues to expand.

Main Responsibilities
- Drive performance improvements across all retail locations, ensuring teams consistently meet and exceed targets, via phone and video calls
- Leverage AI and data analytics to analyze performance reports and identify key metrics that are not being met, uncovering areas for improvement.
- Identify performance trends to understand the root causes of underperformance, using insights to coach and educate teams on best practices for improvement.
- Recognize and celebrate successes by highlighting high-performing strategies and replicating these methods across other sites to drive consistent results.
- Maintain thorough records of all performance and coaching conversations
- Ability to have difficult conversations when necessary, addressing performance concerns in a constructive and effective manner.
