Job Summary:
Project Engineers help support Project Managers with various tasks during all stages of a project life cycle through; plan and specification review, quantity takeoff, scope review, procurement, and construction documentation. Excellent time management and communication skills are essential for success.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Project Setup including conforming of plans and specifications
· Scope review and quantity takeoff
· Preparation and issuance of Subcontracts and Purchase Orders as directed by Project Managers
· Maintain construction documents and permits
· Take notes and distribute meeting minutes as directed
· Provide administrative support to the project team as directed
· Assist with various documentation (i.e., pre-qualifications, invoices, change orders) as directed
· Provide onsite quality control as directed
· Provide onsite assistance to the PM and/or the Superintendent as directed
· This position is designated as a safety-sensitive role. Pump Truck Operators are expected to adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures to ensure their well-being and the safety of others. This includes, but is not limited to, the responsible handling of materials, and equipment, and adhering to all workplace safety guidelines and regulations.

· The candidate should have experience with or be able to learn specific document management and project management software (ex: Procore, Bluebeam, Submittal Exchange)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Education and Experience:
· Education: Associate degree in an applicable field is required, a 4-year degree is preferred.
· Experience: Previous experience within the construction industry is preferred. Experience in a fast-paced business environment is helpful.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
