Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaison with owner’s representatives.
- Liaison with WRH field work force supervisors.
- Prepare project Schedule of Values.
- Prepare Critical Path project schedule using Procore.
- Aid field supervisors in preparation of 2 week look ahead schedule.
- Purchase of materials and process equipment for installation by WRH workforce.
- Review and process submittals for designer & owner review.
- Final negotiation and preparation of sub-contracts.
- Weekly review of job-site payroll cost reporting.
- Material invoice job costing and approval.
- Preparation of monthly pay applications.
- Preparation and completion of change orders.
- Attend progress meetings as needed.
- Attend weekly WRH job coordination meetings.
- Submit final O&M’s for owner use.
- Push project to final completion.
Desired Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficient in math and computing skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Construction Management or Engineering Degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience.
- Experience as a project intern or project engineer.
- Project Estimator experience with Sage/Timberline Estimating.
- Experience with Sage Job Cost software.
- Building construction experience.
