ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Embody HearUSA's ambition of Changing Lives through Simply Excellent Hearing Care (SEHC). Partner with stakeholders including Prof Dev team, Operations, Legal and Field leadership to support HearUSA's initiatives & CPD.
- Identify areas of reskilling and upskilling needs within center teams and strategize with stakeholders to design and implement this continued professional development as Learning Tracks.
- Define Learning Tracks based on Best Practice Guidelines and roll out new initiatives, for example, implement quarterly Back-to-Basics courses. Own monthly training blocks alongside Prof Dev peers. Measure success of training with KPIs.
- Partner with HearAcademy Manager to certify sponsors to meet needs of current and future apprentices. Continue to refine the sponsor training and certification to improve apprentice outcomes.
- Create and deploy the onboarding of new apprentice graduates into the field. This transition period should include sales training and HearUSA-specific Learning Tracks that encompass SEHC. Work strategically with HearAcademy Manager.
- Keeper and curator of Professional Development resources, working with the team to keep up-to-date and accessible.
- Responsible for implementation and continual optimization of Onboarding for all new hires. Manages Prof Dev Specialist for the day-to-day running of the Program. Works with Prof Dev to refine content and with Ops to upload and automate.
- Collaborate with Clinical & Quality Manager to complete QM interviews and reskill center teams. Training may be on an individual basis or in groups, depending on demand.
- Remain informed of current influences on CPD, including changes in IHS and State Legislation and provide guidance and adjustments appropriately. Apply adult learning theories to ensure employees get the best out of their development.
- Own the relationship with WSA Manufacturers to ensure continued exposure of field teams to their products & promotions. Embrace our culture and values of Going Beyond Together, Pioneering for Better Solutions, and Passion for Impact.

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
